King Salman Center (KSRelief) Signs a Joint Cooperation Agreement to Implement Zakat al-Fitr Project in Yemen for the Year 2024*

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) signed today a joint cooperation agreement with a civil society organization to implement Zakat al-Fitr project in Yemen for the year 2024, where the agreement was signed by the Assistant General Supervisor of the Center for operations and programs, eng. Ahmed bin Ali al-baiz.

The agreement aims to pay Zakat al-Fitr to the beneficiaries of the neediest families in the governorates of Al-Hudaydah, Taiz, Lahij, Aden, Marib, Hadhramaut, Al-Mahra and Hajjah, to benefit 31,333 families, 219,331 members, in order to improve food security for the neediest groups during Eid al-Fitr.

This comes within the efforts provided by the kingdom of Saudi Arabia through King Salman Relief Center (KSRelief) to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people as a result of the current humanitarian
crisis.
