In order to achieve the path of excellence and the development of sustainable strategic and institutional performance, the Yamani Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Works seeks to provide support and permanent review of its strategies, policies and operations to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of applying the quality management system and based on the vision and mission of the Foundation, which is based on providing distinguished services to various communities in an effort to spread and promote peace and happiness in them in accordance with the principles Sustainability in charitable and humanitarian work, by integrating with the Foundation’s partners and clients, and consolidating the values of creativity and innovation and foreseeing the future to develop a relief system whose goal is sustainable community development, through several starting points, foremost of which is the implementation of relief and humanitarian projects, spreading voluntary awareness, and empowering and involving women in volunteer work charitable and humanitarian activities, strengthening their roles, ensuring the quality of services provided, developing human resources, and developing the operations environment, all of which meet the needs and expectations of all those targeted and make them happy.
The institution also conducts permanent review and follow-up processes through administrative review meetings to ensure that the system is functioning in accordance with the standards required to achieve the satisfaction of all stakeholders according to the objectives of the quality management system, in addition to monitoring, analyzing and keeping abreast of changes in the environment surrounding the institution and the internal environment, and working to manage expected risks that may Hinders the achievement of strategic objectives or major operations, in addition to making the most of all available opportunities.
In its message within its upcoming strategic plan 2021-2025, the “Yamani Foundation” stresses the development of its systems in the planning process and its adoption of the methodology of data analysis and decision-making, and the improvement of its procedures and operations and the upgrading of work specifications in line with the development of quality systems and methodologies.
The Board of Directors also performs the main tasks and approves the powers granted in order to maintain the integrity of the quality management system as planned and applied properly, and provide financial, human and technical resources to raise the level of quality of services provided by the institution.
