After completing the selection process, the HR Department in the Foundation creates a file for each volunteer with all the documents, statements, decisions, documents and achievements that belong to the volunteer, in order for the volunteer to be able to successfully perform the tasks required of him or her, the Foundation provides the volunteers with the job description of the volunteer, an overview of the Foundation, background on its various activities and programs, and information about the targets of the Foundation’s services and activities, including the general policies and procedures followed within the Foundation, and the volunteer efforts management system.
